The Dodgers have been very vocal about their search for a left-handed reliever this summer. So I am wondering why did I saw a tweet by Dylan Hernandez that the Dodgers aren't interested in Brian Fuentes. No, not a trade, that I could understand. Fuentes is a free agent after being released by the Oakland A's earlier today. Here's the kicker, Fuentes would only have to be signed for the pro-rated league minimum to obtain his services. No risk. Well a couple hundred thousand dollars, but that's certainly a smart gamble, right?
